I found the hotel to be lovely and comfortable, with a nice balcony in my room. The cleanliness was top-notch, but being right next to the elevator was a bit noisy at times. The service was mostly excellent, although there were some language barriers that made interactions less smooth. The location was beautiful with lush surroundings and even a turtle rehab center, providing a unique experience. The dining options were varied but could have been of slightly higher quality. The facilities were satisfactory, offering everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
